The Van Gerwen SunLife Bantam LL have played three games this past week with two wins and one lose.
On Sunday the boys played an exhibition game against Forest and came away with a strong showing with a 6-1 victory.
Tuesday night the boys resumed league play coming away with a 4-1 lose to Central Perth. Andreas Harmer scored the lone goal for the home team in the second period assisted by Daniel Ogilvie and James McCarthy.
Friday night the boys played an exhibition game against Drayton. A physical game saw lots of penalties for both sides. Mitchell scored 3 times in the first, with Andreas Harmer, James McCarthy and Ethan Meinen finding the back of the net with assists to Logan Ruby.
In the second period Mitchell scored two more times as Logan Ruby scored from the point and James McCarthy scored another.
Drayton scored in the second and early in the third to make the score 5-2, but as the clock ticked down Grayson Yost added one more goal for Mitchell to make the final score 6-2.
