Peewee AE's Continue Quest for the W
Looking for a win after a tough loss to Drayton November 30th, the New Orleans Pizza Mitchell Meteor Peewee AE's headed down highway 7 to Clinton the following Monday night with a full roster.

Mitchell came out strong scoring early in the first, with Ryan Hubbard finding the back of the net. BCH came back at the start of the 2nd tying it up, before Logan Verberne added the go-ahead goal mid-way through the second.  Ryan Klumper notched one, assisted by Charlie Wolfe with just over five minutes remaining in the period.  Wolfe then netted the Meteors fourth goal assisted by Klumper with just three minutes left in the period, before the Ice Dogs added their second goal just twenty seconds later.  A penalty filled third period allowed BCH two additional goals, and the game ended in a 4-4 draw.

Still looking for the W, the team played an exhibition game on December 7th against the New Hamburg Huskies.  Cohen Ahrens got the Meteors up on to the board with the first shot of the game finding nothing but net, but a shorthanded goal allowed New Hamburg to tie it up with 2:53 to go in the first.  The Huskies found the go-ahead goal less than 20 seconds later, and had the Meteors trailing by one heading into the second.  The Huskies had two additional goals in the second, before Ryan Hubbard danced the second one in for Mitchell early in the third with a beautiful wraparound goal.  Goal tender Keagan Meinin was on his A-game working hard between the pipes to keep the Huskies off the scoreboard.  Although it wasn't for lack of trying, Mitchell was unable to add any additional goals in the third, and they fell 4-2.

Regular season action resumes for the AE's on Tuesday night, when BCH Ice Dogs face-off against the Meteors back on home ice in Monkton.
