4-1 win over BCH
On Wednesday evening, Terry’s Auto Service Mitchell Midget AE team traveled to the climate controlled Hensell arena to play against the BCH AE’s. Although not as spirited of a game as Drayton, there where some testosterone moments.
Josh Edit started the scoring in the first period with assists going to both Conner Louwagie and Eric Dearing. Mitchell would score again in the second making it 2-0 when Darren Feltz received a beauty pass from Caleb Tweddle. BCH decided to break their goose egg ending the second period 2-1. Mitchell came out strong in the third by adding two more goals. Evan Morrison had a sniper of a shoot after he received a tape to tape pass from Twiddle and then Jackson Mac Arthur finished the scoring at 4-1 with a great cross ice pass by Solomon Koert.Although not always mentioned but deserving of recognition are the defence, who had a strong game with Ryan Bell once again having an outstanding game between the pipes.
