Rolling in the playoffs
After finishing with a excellent regular season record of 17-2-1 Scotia Bank Bantam LL's have continued on winning with a one little bump in the road.




The boys started off the playoffs with a convincing 8-2 win over local rivals Central Perth with Joey Adam leading the way with the hat trick and Damen Roobroeck added a goal and 2 assists. The bump in the road came next in a tight checking road game loss 2-0 to Blyth Brussels but the boys did not have to wait long to avenge the loss as beat Blyth Brussels in the next game 3-2 with Kody Eisler making some great saves to help the boys out. Basel Voros helped out up front with 2 goals and Ryan Hubbard callup with eventual game winner early in the third. The game help turn the boys around and their game has been elevated with the next game 5-1 victory over Huron Bruce lead by Joey with 2 goals and assist and Andrew Van Bakel with goal and 2 assists. Up next was Wingham on a late start to the game showed a very slow start with the game tied at 3 after 2 periods. Coach Duane gave one of his patent speeches that woke the boys up with 5 unanswered goals in the third. Leading the way was Coulter Rolph with the hat trick and Joey with 2 and Van Bakel with 2 each. With the playoffs possibly coming down to a tie breaker the boys tried to us the goals for in the last game against Central Perth with a 11-3 victory. Leading the way was Basel with 4 goals. The team has 2 more games left Thursday vs Huron Bruce and Sunday at home against WIngham to decide if they can move on.
