Bantam Rep Strength Circuit #2
Here is the new circuit introduced for this week.  We have a week with no games.  For those who want to get better--use this time to get stronger.  I'd suggest one circuit per night, alternating nights.

#3 Glute Bridge
#4 Goblet Squat
#5 Chest Press
#6 KettleBell Swings
