Mitchell made the long drive to Lakeshore Saturday morning for their first playoff game.
Josephine Jarmuth scored the first goal of the game. Lakeshore had a power play
opportunity in the first but Mitchell managed to keep the one goal lead to end the first
period.
The second period saw Lakeshore get a significant lead with 4 goals.
The final period Lakeshore got a power play goal, to end the game in a 5-1 loss for
the Meteors. Better luck next Saturday in game two.
