Peewee Reps Move On To Next Round In WOAA Playoffs
After dropping a 5-3 decision at home to the Minto Mad Dogs on March 4th, the Hoegy's Farm Supply Meteor Peewee Reps rebounded with an exciting 3-2 win over BCH on the road the following evening to advance to the next round of WOAA playoffs.

In Monkton on March 4th, the locals opened the scoring late in first on a goal by Lucas Roobroeck from Brandon Dietrich and Jarrett Van Bakel, but Minto would promptly tie the game in the last minute of play in the period.  The second period was all Mad Dogs, as they would score four goals to take a commanding 5-1 lead, taking advantage of some penalty trouble by their hosts.  The Meteors came back out hard in the third with goals from Kyle Mills and Vincent Voros, but it was too little too late.  Additional assists were recorded by Brayden Glauser and Van Bakel.

The following evening the Meteors would travel to Clinton to battle the BCH Ice Dogs, in a must-win situation to advance to the next round of WOAA playoffs.  After a scoreless opening period, BCH would strike first early in the second but Mitchell would answer back with two goals in the next minute of play.  Voros would score his first of two from Josh French, followed by Glauser unassisted with a long high shot from outside the blue line that eluded the BCH goaltender.  BCH would tie the game again late in the second, and both teams came out flying in the third with many exciting back and forth scoring chances as Meteor goaltender Hayden Beuermann came up with some big saves to match his BCH counterpart.  Voros would tuck in the winning goal from Jared Vosper with 1:40 remaining in the game to send the Meteors into the next round of playoffs.
