Peewee Reps Slip By Goderich
The Hoegy's Farm Supply Meteor Peewee Reps traveled to Goderich on Feb 26th for WOAA playoff action, returning home with a 6-4 win over the Sailors.
After building a commanding 5-0 lead midway through the second period, the Meteors let the hard-charging Sailors back into the game by giving up the next three goals. The teams traded goals again late in the third, and the Meteors hung on for the win.
Vincent Voros had two goals, and single were scored by Brayden Glauser, Jared Vosper, Lucas Roobroeck, and Josh French to round out the scoring. James McCarthy led with a pair of assists, and Glauser and Roobroeck added single helpers.
Next action for the Peewees is a rescheduled road game vs the Minto Mad Dogs in Harriston, this Friday night at 7:30pm.
