Voros Nets Four, Peewee Reps Down Visiting Saugeen Shores
Vincent Voros scored four goals and Brayden Glauser added a pair as the Hoegy's Farm Supply Meteors Peewee Reps defeated Saugeen Shores Storm 6-3 in Monkton on October 23rd. The win moved the Meteors into first place in their division in WOAA standings.
Displaying his speed, Voros twice scored breakaway shorthanded goals, and also added a 4-on-3 powerplay goal. Drawing assists on two of Voros' markers were Jarrett Van Bakel and Lucas Roobroeck. Kellen Russwurm earned an assist on Glauser's second goal.
The Peewee Reps will compete in the Twin Centre Stars Rep Tournament this weekend, opening play on Friday night vs the winner of the host Twin Centre team and Oro Township.
