7-0 win for Novice LL2
Sunday afternoon The Dodge caravan kids Mitchell Novice LL2 team travelled to Drayton to play against the Drayton defenders.
The boys started off the first period with Pennings scoring the first goal less then 2 mins into the game. The team kept a strong fight to keep the game at 1-0 going into the second period. Hoskin started the second period off with a pass from his defence man Glauser to help assist him on Mitchell second goal. Dietrich followed with a great set up from his teammates Pennings and Baxter to sink their third goal. Wolfe finished off the second period with two strong shots and sinking our fourth and fifth goal on Drayton with his teammates help from R Vessie and Laverty. R Vessie was in perfect position during the third period with a pass from Laverty, R Vessie quick shot on net brought the score to 6-0. Wolfe finished off the game by sinking one last goal with assistance from teammate Vosper. T Vessie held up a strong net at Mitchell`s end on the ice shutting down shots on net and strong pad saves. Well deserved win boys.
