Meteors down grade Cyclones to a gentle breeze
Submitted By Stacey Eickmeyer on Wednesday, November 28, 2018
Mitchell defeated Listowel 6-3 in a Wednesday night matchup.

The locals came out flying as Cam Dietz found the back of the net just seventen second in.  Carson Lubbers made it 2-0 with two seconds left in the first period.  Lubbers netted two in the second with Listowel getting one back of their own to make it 4-1.   The third period ended in a flurry with four goals in 3 minutes, two from each team.  Lubbers added his fourth and the always hard working Ray Wolfe hammered a rebound off a Tyler Burtenshaw shot.  Wolfe had three assists, Cam Dietz, Burtenshaw and Sean Gibbings each had two with Max Brodhagen getting one.  Cole Templeman and Logan Montgomery contributed with relentless forchecking, creating many offensive chances for the Meteors.
Next up for the Novice Reps, the Belle River tourny.  Good luck boys!  Parents have fun!
