Novice Girls HL Host Huron Heat For Playoff Tune-up
The Mitchell Dodge Grand Caravan Meteors Novice Girls HL team hosted the Huron Heat on Feb 4th in Mitchell, winning the game by a score of 3-1.
Abigayle Van Bakel paced the offense with two goals and an assist, followed by Maren Marshall with a goal and an assist. Tegan Mace also chipped in with a single helper. Goaltender Ellie MacArthur made some key saves to help preserve the victory.
The locals open the WOGHL playoffs on Feb 11th, hosting Tillsonburg Lightning HL in Monkton at 5pm.
