Tough Loss to South Huron
Thursday January 14th the Meteors faced off against South Huron Sabres at the Stephen Township Arena.
In the first period there were power play opportunities for both teams, but Victoria’s
goaltending kept the game scoreless. Early in the second a bouncing puck gave the Sabres the first goal
of the game. Offsetting penalties spanned the end of the second period and the beginning of the third.
In the third Vic made multiple saves under extended pressure in our zone, but the Sabres added two
goals to make the final 3:0.
