Mitchell Peewee AE's split opening two games.
September 27th Mitchell hosted the Tavistock Titans , the visitors came away with a 5-2 victory. Caleb Tweddle and Tristan Beehler scored for the locals with assists from Declan Catalan and Eric Dearing. On Oct 2, Mitchell paid a return visit to Tavistock and came away with a 4-2 win. Tristan Beehler scored in the second period to erase an early 1-0 deficit. Ben Small from Clayton McCarthy would give Mitchell the lead. With the scored tied again, Jake Monden from Zach McPhee would score the winner with just over 2 1/2 minutes left. Brendan Boville from Kurtis Forrest would be add an empty net goal.
