Pee Wee Local League Update
The Pee Wee Local League team has played really well for the end of 2012. The team had 5 regular season games as well as an exhibition game with a record of 4 wins – 1 loss – 1 tie.
The team’s tie came against Blyth Brussels on December 15 at Brussels. Goal scored by Eric D, assisted Ezekial K.
The boy’s next game was on December 16 at home against Drayton winning 6-1. Goals scored by Wyatt C, assisted by Anthony B and Kyle W. Anthony B scored assisted by Eric D and Ezekial K. Ezekial K scored, assisted by Eric D and Landen T. Jake M assisted by Nate B and Tristen B. Tristen B assisted by Wyatt C and the final goal scored by Eric D assisted by Tristen B and Wyatt C.
On December 21 we played an exhibition game against Milverton. The game was back and forth in both ends but the boys hard play allowed them on top 2-1. First goal scored by Damon K, assisted by Anthony B and Ezekial K. Second goal scored by Ezekial K, assisted by Landen T and Anthony B.
The next regular season game was an away game against Teeswater on December 23. The team came out on top winning 4-2. First goal scored by Tyler R assisted by Nate B. Second goal scored by Landen T, assisted by Wyatt C. The next two goals were scored by Wyatt C, one unassisted and the other one an empty net.
The team’s next game was on December 27 against Seaforth at home. The team played well but came up a little short losing 2-1. Lone goal scored by Eric D assisted by Ezekial K and Anthony B.
Their final game for 2012 season was a home game on December 30 against Goderich. Goderich started off quick scoring a couple of goals in the first couple minutes of the game but both teams battled back and forth, and finally in the third period Mitchell was able to break the open the score winning 8-4. First goal scored by Ezekial K, assisted by Anthony B and Hayden A. Second goal scored by Alex E, assisted by Wyatt C. Third goal scored by Wyatt C, assisted by Tyler R. Alex E scored again with Wyatt C providing the assist. The fifth goal scored by Anthony B, assisted by Tristen B. Our sixth goal scored by Tyler R, assisted by Wyatt C. Wyatt C scored unassisted to give us our seventh goal of the night. The final goal was scored Eric D, assisted by Ezekial K and Anthony B.
The team has had a great 2012 season and hope to continue this into 2013.
