Important Updates for hitting the ice this weekend!

Hi everyone, just a note to let you know that both girls and boys start on ice this weekend. If you haven’t already please check out the calendar to find your scheduled ice times.

Organization
Our refund policy has been updated as of Sept 9 2021, please see the registration tab of the website for details.

Girls
U18, U15 & U11 are on the ice both Saturday and Sunday.

Boys

Skills & Scrimmage begins for boys U8 and above. Team lists have been updated and can be found in the Skills and Scrimmage League sites area. Please recheck the team assignments, we have had to move some players around, particularly goalies to ensure we have enough players for scrimmages.

Please see the attached door opening schedule for Skills & Scrimmages. There are still 7 spots to be filled, please email [email protected] if you can fill an opening.

Covid Protocols
All arena covid protocols are still in place, including:

  • Wearing a mask at all times (players not required to wear on the ice)
  • More than one parent can attend including siblings if they are sitting with their parents.
  • Players can enter arena 30 minutes before their ice time and must exit 30 minutes after their ice time.
  • Players will enter through the back door and parents will enter through the lobby door.  Please refrain from using the back hallway.
  • A "QR scanning code" will be mandatory to complete upon entry to the building.  This is our "attendance" tracker for contact tracing purposes so please complete the QR code when arriving at the facility.  You have the ability to add all people attending with you to the form so it only needs completed for each family not for each individual.
  • Parents will only be allowed in dressing room to tie skates
  • No showers at this time, this may be changed as the season progresses
  • If you or your player have any symptoms of covid, the expectation is that they do not attend practice or games until they are symptom free.
  • Please use hand sanitizer/wash hands when entering the facility and socially distance when in the stands and in the dressing rooms.

Looking forward to getting players on the ice having fun!
